Click4lenses is not responsible for any suspicious transactions.

Website Changes:”You” The Customer agree to use our website only for lawful purposes, we aim to update our website regularly, and we might change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our online portal, or close it indefinitely.
Prices: All the price of product shown on our website is including VAT. We may change the price at any time with or without any notification, but the price change will not affect the previous orders at the time of price change. “You” the customer has to pay for shipping and handling. We welcome price match option as well, if “You” the customer find any cheaper price please feel free to call our FREEPHONE 08000 43 42 01.
Delivery: Please Note - Due to stock replenishment cycles, delivery may take longer than stated. Please call us on FREEPHONE 08000 43 42 01, if you are worried about your order is taking longer than normal and we will do everything possible to ensure delivery as soon as possible.

Shipping Charges at Click4lenses: Choice of the following delivery methods, please note that delivery on Bank Holidays may take longer.

Most of the lenses we supply are in stock and dispatched within the same business day. Delivery to you by Royal Mail is normally 1 or 2 business days for in stock items. If a lens is custom made we will try to give an expected delivery date at the time of order. If any of the goods you order are not immediately available, we will inform you via email or telephone.
Please note that Royal Mail First class orders and orders above £100 require a signature on receipt. Please note that click4lenses have the right to upgrade the postal service to sign for the service, if the total value of the order or weight warrants this, however we will inform you via mail or telephone.
Please note that at certain times of year due to adverse weather conditions, some deliveries will be subject to slight delays. Please accept our sincere apologies in advance for any inconvenience this may cause and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
