Who supplies contact lenses to click4lenses?
We get our supply directly by the major manufacturers of contact lenses (i.e. Johnson & Johnson, Ciba Vision, Cooper Vision and Bausch & Lomb). We have good relationships with all of our suppliers and for that reason we don’t need to use grey market sourced products. Our products are authenticated and 100% genuine.

Can I order non prescription contact lens?
Yes, you can order non prescription colored lenses without visual correction from us. Although we do advise you to have a contact lens fitting before you wish to purchase.

What is a valid Contact Lens Prescription?
A valid Contact Lens Prescription is simply one that has not yet expired. Contact Lens Prescriptions are normally valid for up to 2 years from the date of issue although sometimes your optician may give an earlier expiry date for your contact lenses, In that case please contact your optician and obtain a valid contact lens prescription.

Do you accept money orders or cheques
No, unfortunately we are not able to accept money orders or cheques at the moment. But very soon we might start direct debit for all our UK customers, till then please carry on checking www.click4lenses.com for more information.

Do I still need to go to my Optician for my check ups?
These regular check ups give your Optician the chance to check the health of your eyes and, if necessary, possibly recommend a different lens which might be more beneficial to you.

Do I need to send a copy of my prescription?
There are a number of serious problems and health risks that can go unnoticed if you don’t go for regular check-ups to your optician’s, that is why you need to send us a copy of your valid prescription to order contact lenses online, if you do not have one simply give us your optician’s details and we will obtain it for you.

What is your Contact lens return policy?
If you receive wrong order then please e-mail us at care@click4lenses.com or call us on FREEPHONE 0800 043 4201 and we will be happy to help.

I have forgotten my password, how do I reset?
Just click on ‘My Account’ and on the (Forgotten My Password), it will ask your e-mail address after that you will receive an e-mail from our system based server with a temporally password. In case if you still have problems please contact us on FREEPHONE 0800 043 4201.

When will I receive my contact lens?
Over 95% of orders are sent out same day of receiving confirmation of your contact lens prescription. Orders for special lenses are usually sent out within 2-5 business days. Please note that bank holidays may interrupt the delivery.

How many hours can i wear my contacts for?
However, if you require longer time because of your work or lifestyle, then speak to your contact lens optician about the lenses that allow more oxygen to your eyes. It means that in a day you should not wear them more then 10 hours.

I think my Contact Lens Prescription may have changed?
In that case we highly recommend that you should consult your contact lens optician at any time for your contact lens check, if you think your Contact lens Prescription has changed. Please check before you order.

How will I know my order has been received?
We confirm all the orders through the e-mail address which you provide, in case if you don’t want us to mail you we can confirm the order via telephone as well.

Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept all of the major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro/Switch, Solo, Visa Electron and Visa Debit.

You can find the link "Forgot Password?" which is on every page of our website. Enter your email address on the page that appears and we will send you a send you a temporary password.

Can I contact or trace my order via phone?

Is my personal, credit / debit card information safe?
Yes. We use a third party Payment Service Provider which is 3D secure for online shopping called XXXX which is owned by XXXX to handle all transactions on our website. XXXX is fully PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant and does not share or sell your payment information to any third party or telemarketing companies.

How do I know that, I will receive the same prescription as ordered?
We can only supply the contact lenses detailed on your prescription. We always double check your prescription with your optician and our records, before we dispatch your lenses.

How can I re-order the same prescription?
On our online secure portal, your details will stay in our system. To re-order, simply log in to the system, using your e-mail address and password. You can choose to modify your prescription or proceed with the previous order. You can update your personal information at any time.
